Since 2011, we have been growing and evolving from 4 rooms and 1,000 square feet practicing only massage, to now 9 rooms and 2,400 square feet providing massage, skin care, and energy healing to the Shoreline. Full Time Benefits Include:
Hourly rate per service hour: $40 - $52 per hour + tips
License and insurance reimbursement: 100% reimbursement
Paid Time Off (PTO):
6 personal/sick days after 6 months
5 vacation days after 1 year
10 vacation days after 3 years
Medical benefits: $100 per month toward medical benefits
Fuel allowance: $100 per mo. if you live 20+ miles from the spa
Commission on enhancements: Yes
Request rate bonuses:
$50 per month for 50% - 75% requested appointments
$75 per month for over 75% requested appointments
401k plan: Available WITH a 1% company match
Life insurance: FREE $10,000 policy for all of our employees
Sign-on bonus: $350
