A credit card is required when booking your services.  It will be held on file and charged the full service amount in case of a no-show or same-day cancellation.

We require a 24-hour notice for cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.

Gift certificates need to be brought in in order to be redeemed.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.  Gift certificates are non-refundable.

Massage Savvy is not responsible for personal items left behind.

No children under 14 are to be left unsupervised while parents are getting services.
